Courtney at her Halloween party at gymnastics.

Well I am very behind on here so Im going to write this then play catch up later on tonight.
Courtney had her Halloween party at gymnastics. They didn't tell us that they were actually going have class. I thought it was just going to be the party. So there was Courtney trying to do gymnastics in ah fat ladybug costume. It was very funny. She got hot in it though so I took it off and changed her in her clothes. They all got to eat goodies afterwards and she had a great time.

Whew another season over....

Well Gaven had his last soccer game today. They lost but that's o.k the team they were up against was much bigger and undefeated. But they tried there hardest and only lost by 2 points. I was very proud of all of them!
It's funny how in just a month you can get so attached to a bunch of kids. They were just so cute and had such a good time. Afterwords they had a pizza party and got their trophy's. Gaven was very excited. I think he progressed quite a bit this season.
Now it's time to get ready for his first season of flag football. Ughhhh I'm nervous about it. Since it's flag football and not tackle I'm going to let him try it. It's just he is so little compared to alot of the kids. I figure though it's good to give him a shot at trying everything though. you can see his pictures from the night below.
Tomorrow is Courtney's Halloween party at Gymnastics so I will be showing her off on here then :)

I have something to tell you.

I would like to announce that I am sometimes a Scatterbrain. For those that know me they will vouch for that. Especially my husband. If you were to bring up the subject of his wife being a scatterbrain he could just talk you ear off for hours. I use to have a pair myself but sadly they are gone now.
Why am I telling you this? Well pretty much just a FYI thing to keep in mind when reading my Journal. As well to explain why I decided to go to a doctors appointment when I didn't have one.

So I wake up and I'm so excited to get this crap off my arm and hand. I just want to have my hand back. You would be to if you had to wrestle with a pair of jeans that have gotten a little "snug" with one hand. Buttoning those babies is work I tell ya!! ( I should really go on a diet). I finally get Gaven to school after solving the case of the missing shoe and milk money. Then come home chase Courtney around to get her in her clothes, brush her hair and cram a healthy breakfast of donuts down her. Then we finally get in the car only for me to realize I have no gas. So my appointment is at 9:30 it takes me 30 minutes to get there, and I left the house at 9:15 you do the math. Well when I get there I end up finding out that not only do I not have a appointment but the doctor isn't even there. So now I have to go back Friday.

Unfortunately that seems to be the story of my life. I would just love for one day to have it all together to be able to be on time all day. Have all my house work done. No problems of what am I suppose to do today? Who was I gonna call? What bill was it that needed to get paid? Where did all my socks go? Has anyone seen my car keys? Hell has anyone seen my car? O.k o.k that part I was joking. But you get my drift. I would love to be just for one day one of those cool calm and collected woman. The ones that just seem to have it all together. Instead of this spazzed out maniac mother that can't remember if her kid has soccer today or not.

I think I have scatterbrainitis. The only person so far to come up with a possible cure was my husband. It's very simple actually it just involves removing one's head from ones ass. Or at least thats what was explained to me. Maybe there is some sort of support group for disheveled housewives. I will have to get back to you.

On a side note the day wasnt a complete waste Courtney got her Halloween costume while we were in town. She's going to be a lady bug. Which will be wonderful if it dosent decide to be in the nighties during Halloween. And I watched History being made when the Sox beat the Yankees and the curse of the great Bambino was broken. I was very sad about the Houston game but I haven't given up hope so I will say more on that tonight
after there game. GO ASTROS!!!!

Always something I swear...

Well as I'm typing this I'm doped up on Benadryl. I'm a little freaked out. I stepped on something earlier and it stung me or bit me not to sure. But anyhow my foot felt like it caught fire. Then it was shooting all the way up yo my thigh. So I have popped 2 Benadryl to maybe help. Now it just seems as if I'm really tired with a burning foot. UGHHHHHH. Im really not in the mood so I will be back tommorrow

Lazy Sunday

Today was a lazy day. The only thing we really did was drive 30 miles to go eat lunch. We are burned out eating out on the weekends at the same 5 restaurants in town. Oh and finding a worm this past week in my food doesn't help much either. Then we all came home and crashed. Although this is par for our Sundays we usually take good long naps on Sundays.
But Sundays are a little sad for me to. Lately I have just been so sad when the end of Sunday rolls around. I think I am tired of Ryan leaving. I know it's his job and all but I'm tired of being lonely and him missing out on all the stuff the kids do during the week. I miss having someone to eat with, watch television with, talk about my day with. Not that I don't do this stuff with the kids. I just want to be able to share all that with him to.
Now don't get me wrong there are advantages to him being gone sometimes. Such as if I don't feel like vacuuming I don't. The laundry isn't as much and my bathroom stays much cleaner. Dinners are also much simpler and easier to clean up. But even all that gets old after awhile. Well now that I have put myself in a delightful mood I think I will go to bed. Tomorrow starts another week of the same old song and dance.

Whoooo what a day.

Well this morning I got up early actually too early I set the clock wrong and got up an hour early. Then I couldn't go to sleep. Not to mention Ryan was in a foul mood because the kids got a hold of my Red soda and spilled it all over the freshly cleaned carpets. So I was informed I could not have Red soda anymore. ummmm yeah right!!
Then it was time to get kiddos up and ready Gaven had a soccer game. They lost but Gaven did make a goal. Unfortunatley it was in the wrong goal. Oh well he was very excited about it anyway. He's so darn cute. Then it was timwe to get home and hurry up and clean up house a little and get dressed. My dear friend had her baby shower today. It was fun I got her some nightgowns for the baby with matching hats, socks, bibs and some little shoes. Then I had to get two prizes for games. We did it to where she got the gifts back. So I bought her a whole set of stuff for the bathroom like loofas,a bath pilllow and other stuff to relax in the tub. For the second prize I got her a nice baby frame. It was a real good time got a chance to catch up with some old friends.
So I left there around 6:30 to hurry home to get everyone dressed to go to the Carnival. We just got back from that. The kids had a wonderful time they love the rides. Some friends met us there so I got talked into going on the Tilt A whirl. Well lets just say I was glad I hadn't eaten yet. I have no idea why but my body just can't tolerate those rides anymore. We ate all kinds of junk later on. Ryan looked like a caveman eating his Turkey leg. We also were a main attraction at the eating area. Gaven had won a prize and it was this fart slime stuff you stick your finger into it and it makes fart noises. Well for some reason my normaly very reserved friend decided she wanted to play with it. Everone kept looking at us because she was making such loud fart noises. Gaven thought it was the funniest thing in trhe world. So now we are home. Kids are tucked in there beds And im pooped. Wish I had some pictures but I was so mad I bought brand new rechargable batteries for the camera and wouldn't you know ummm they don't come charged. How stupid is that. So no pictures this time.

yadda ,yadda

Not much went on today. I took the kids and met a friend with her kids at the duckpond they ate Mc Donalds and played. Came home and took a nap. Ryan came home tonight. It is storming so we couldn't go out to eat. So we just ordered pizza and stayed in to watch the Astros. They lost ughhhhh. I was so disapointed.
Tommorrow Gaven goes on a field trip to the fair. Saturday night we have planned to take the kids to the carnival. Hopefully the weather will be nice. So off to watch me some Roseanne and get in bed.

Kerryisms

While I do understand that Pres. Bush is not exactly a great speaker. That first debate was a little frustrating I really did want to wack him in the back of his head to get the words out. However he is not the only one who makes blunders!

"I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it." - John Kerry - New York Times
I will stand up and struggle, as others have, to try to get that right balance between violence, and sex, and things. - John Kerry - ABC News
"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country."
- John F. Kerry

"This president always makes decisions late after things have happened that could have been different had the president made a different decision earlier."
- John Kerry in Washington Post

I don't own an SUV,'' said Kerry, who supports increasing existing fuel economy standards to 36 miles per gallon by 2015 in order to reduce the nation's dependence on foreign oil supplies.
Kerry thought for a second when asked whether his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, had a Suburban at their Ketchum, Idaho, home. Kerry said he owns and drives a Dodge 600 and recently bought a Chrysler 300M. He said his wife owns the Chevrolet SUV.
"The family has it. I don't have it,'' he said. - John Kerry - Guardian Unlimited
"If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure."
- John F. Kerry

"One word sums up probably the responsibility of any Governor, and that one word is 'to be prepared'."
- John F. Kerry

"I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future."
- John F. Kerry

"The future will be better tomorrow."
- John F. Kerry

"We're going to have the best educated American people in the world."
- John F. Kerry

"I stand by all the misstatements that I've made."
- John F. Kerry

"We have a firm commitment to NATO, we are a part of NATO. We have a firm commitment to Europe. We are a part of Europe."
- John F. Kerry

"Public speaking is very easy."
- John F. Kerry

"A low voter turnout is an indication of fewer people going to the polls."
- John F. Kerry

"We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur."
- John F. Kerry

"For NASA, space is still a high priority."
- John F. Kerry

"Quite frankly, teachers are the only profession that teach our children."
- John F. Kerry

"It isn't pollution that's harming the environment. It's the impurities in our air and water that are doing it."
- John F. Kerry

"It's time for the human race to enter the solar system."
- John F. Kerry
"I am for raising that minimum wage. But you have to do it a rate where you're not creating upheaval in the economy. But in many public places, we have living wages already being put in place. … So I am very much in favor of individual efforts—federal government and others—moving to help create the ability for people on the wage to be able to make it and do better. But within the private sector, I think we have to ratchet it up at a rate that is acceptable to the marketplace so we don't have an economic dislocation. But we have to start to get people able to earn more."

ughhhhhhhhhh!!!!

I went to visit my friend today. They just built a new house so I went to see it and watch some movies. Which was fine and dandy till the cat waged allergy warfare on me. Soooooo now I'm sitting here in a Benedryl haze!! I think I have rubbed my poor nose raw. I hate allergies they have got to be one of the biggest curses of the human species.
Anyhow I was very happy the first show of the battle of the sexes came on MTV tonight. I hope the girls kick butt. Other than that my next biggest thrill of the evening will be watching Roseanne and falling asleep. Wow I can't hardy stand the excitement! :)

Weekend review.

Saturday was a long day! The morning started very early because Gaven was in our towns parade to kick off fair week. He rode on his schools float. Its suppose to be an aquarium the only thing was they put so much blue you couldn't see the kids. Oh well it was a cute Idea. He had a blast. Courtney did as well we sat and watched everyone go by. She loved the cheerleaders and was very excited when some hollered her name. Two of them are her Gymnastic teachers. Afterwords we ate at this new chicken place and it was horrible. Blech I hate chicken places anyways.
Then it was time to get ready for soccer. By this time we are tired it's 2:00 and apparently some of other players and families must have felt the same because more than half the team didn't show up. GRRRRRR we lost. But Gaven didn't care because next we had to go to a birthday party for his friend Dylan. So we went and it was a lot of fun. They bobbed for apples and played three legged races and had water balloon fights. By this time I am pooped. But it didn't end there. the neighbor kids all came to play in our yard so we ended up getting pizza. Gaven had a couple stay and we ate pizza and played. After walking them home. I put these kids to sleep and crashed. It was a great day for them and they had plenty of fun.
Today we went shopping got the kids some clothes. It's finally getting a bit cooler down here. We actually could stand to have the windows open and turn off the A.C. Then I decided I was going to lay down for a nice afternoon nap. So there you have my Weekend Review. It's 12:30 at night so hopefully I can finish this laundry up get Ryan's things packed for work and get to bed.

It's 12:44 and im still up.

Reason being there is something walking around in my attic. Now It has been here for awhile ,but I think whatever it is has either gotten bigger or it is something big that ate the previous pest. I don't know. However what I do know is it is scaring the heck out of me and I want it gone!!
So tomorrow when Ryan gets home we are going to have a talk about what exactly is he going to do to fix this. Even right now as I type I can hear it running around. I swear if it's the neighbors damn cat I'm going to be one mad woman.
Which brings me to my next gripe. People if you live in a residential area such as a subdivision keep your animals to yourselves!! If I had wanted a cat to puke on my driveway or leave half eaten mice on my back porch I would have bought one. If I wanted piles of dog crap in my front yard or my trash torn up everywhere I would have bought a dog. It is rude to expect everyone to deal with your animals!!
Well now I am off to bed whatever it is up there has settled down. Time to go watch a little Nick at Night and get some sleep.
